Privacy Policy

Short Version
Neon Overdrive is a browser game with no accounts and no personal data collection. Your saves, credits, upgrades and high scores live in your own browser's local storage. We do not sell or rent any personal information, because we don't collect it.
What We Store
To make the game work, we store game progress data locally on your device using your browser's built-in localStorage:
- Your unlocked ships and selected ship
- Credits and Workshop upgrade levels
- Local high scores and settings (volume, auto-aim, CRT filter, etc.)
This data never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data will reset your in-game progress.
What We Do Not Store
- No accounts, emails or passwords
- No names, addresses or payment information
- No tracking cookies for advertising
- No third-party analytics in our control (see below)
Hosting & Network Data
The game is served from Cloudflare's global network. Like any website host, Cloudflare handles the standard technical details of serving your request, which may include your IP address as part of normal HTTP traffic. This data is used for security and reliability, and is subject to Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Third-Party Links
This site may contain links to external websites (for example a game portal version of Neon Overdrive). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Children's Privacy
Neon Overdrive is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no personal information at all, there is nothing to request for deletion.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
